Leaning In

Leaning In is a project I, Jessica Lusty, am cultivating alongside my beloved soul sister, Shadow Work practice partner, and creative collaborator Tanja Mickwitz.

Leaning In is a healing and transformational space that includes a podcast, workshops, and retreats within which we live into the question: How do we actually embody change in our own lives and as a collective?

Leaning in is a space where we lean into life together, exploring what it means to live into transformational practices in our day-to-day lives as we engage in relationships, family dynamics, our conditioning and the narratives in dominant culture.

Listen Now.

Leaning In is a practice space where those who tune in are invited to engage with us in practices of somatic and psychic self-awareness, self-reflection, and pattern-shifting toward embodied changes in the way we are in relationship with all life brings.

In each episode, we will share our journey with and apply life enhancing and transformative modalities to lean into life circumstances, relationship dynamics, and cultural conditioning in order to enhance all of our capacity to live into the visions we hold for ourselves, our families, and communities.

Lean in with us on Spotify, Youtube and IG @leaning_in_.

Throughout the first season we will share our vision, orientation, process, modalities and life themes, beginning to weave together what we will build upon in the weeks, months and years to come.

Register to Lean In Live…A Deeper Dive Saturday & Sunday, January 20th & 21th  9:30 am - 12:30pm ET Online

Participation is limited to 6 to allow space for each participant to be guided and through their personal work, be mindfully witnessed, receive reflections, as well as witness and reflect consciously upon the work of each participant.

Within a collectively held space, understanding deepens, perspectives expand, emotional/energetic releases amplify, and embody insights emerge that can only arise within the context of collective care and multiple perspectives.

Group reflections provide opportunities for themes to emerge and weave, bringing forward shifts in the way you experience and engage with the areas of yourself and your life that you bring to the sessions.
