As is true with any skillset, tending to ourselves holistically and directing our attention mindfully requires practice.
And, like learning an instrument, real gains are made not by crushing in an hour class a week or a day-long workshop in a month, the key is setting aside a little time every day to build skillfulness.
I am passionate about supporting daily practices because BY FAR the most potent habit I have developed in the last 20 years of my life is devoting time each day to center my energy, focus my mind and practice tending to my mind, body, energy and emotions in the present moment.
